VEYMOND ADVISORY

Corporate Advisory

Considering selling your SaaS company or planning succession for your digital business? Let’s explore your options.

Personal. Discreet. International.

Sell-Side · SaaS & Digital Business

Your sale plans set the direction.

Corporate Advisory is intended for owners considering the sale of a SaaS company or another established digital business model. In an initial conversation, we assess together whether and to what extent Veymond Advisory could support your plans.

Clarity for your decision

We can discuss your objectives, timeframe and current situation with you. This helps clarify which questions need to be addressed before approaching potential buyers.

Assessing prospective buyers

Your business model and expectations can form the basis of a buyer search profile. The aim is to identify relevant prospects and provide a reasoned assessment of their potential fit.

Making personal introductions

Under an agreed engagement, suitable introductions can be made and initial conversations prepared. What information you share, when you share it and which next steps make sense are agreed with you in advance.

How we could work together

Three steps towards an informed conversation.

  1. Discuss your sale plans and current situation

We clarify what you want to achieve through a sale or succession arrangement, where your business stands today and what support you need. Scope and responsibilities are agreed before an engagement begins.

  2. Identify prospective buyers

Potential buyers can be researched and assessed against the agreed criteria. Together, we discuss which contacts may be relevant to your plans and whether to approach them.

  3. Make introductions and agree next steps

Following your approval, a personal introduction can be made. We then agree with you how discussions should progress and which specialist advisers may be needed.

A clearly defined engagement.

The focus is on orientation, buyer identification and business introductions. This does not automatically include comprehensive M&A transaction advice. External advisers may be brought in for business valuations, due diligence, legal, tax and other specialist transaction services. Their services and responsibilities are agreed separately.
